SEE Popular Singer's Father Who Was Stabbed Three Times By Ex- Lover

American R&B superstar, Mary J. Blige's father has been stabbed three times by his ex-lover during a domestic dispute with a former girlfriend.

The incident was said to have occurred at his his home in Michigan when he saw his ex letting the air out of his tires and confronted her but instead of responding his 50-year-old former girlfriend stabbed him.
The police were called to the scene at about 6.58am, Thursday morning, where they found the victim along with the knife used in the attack in his apartment. She has been charged with ‘assault with intent murder’ and will be arraigned today in court.

Thomas Blige, 63, who was taken to a hospital in Michigan to undergo surgery is in critical condition.
Before now, there have been seven domestic violence complaints between the warring former lovers since August 2013, and the lover has been warned to stay away from Mr Blige.
Mary, 43, has not yet commented on the incident.
