Stoke have entered the race to sign exciting prospect Thomas Ince

Blackpool winger Thomas Ince has held talks with Stoke as he continues to weigh up a possible move to the Premier League.

A string of top-flight clubs are interested in signing the England Under-21 international, who has already spoken to Swansea.
Alongside his father Paul, he reportedly met with Stoke boss Mark Hughes on Tuesday and he will also be meeting Sunderland manager Gus Poyet at some point this week.

And Crystal Palace and Hull are also believed to have been given permission to speak with the 21-year-old.
Ince, who is out of contract at Blackpool this summer, clearly has a lot of possible deals to consider and Sky Sports are being told that he will make a decision on his future on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Stoke's American midfielder Maurice Edu has returned to his home country, having joined the Philadelphia Union on a one-year loan deal.
The deal includes an option for the Major League Soccer side to permanently acquire the 27-year-old.
