Keshi announces his 23-man squad for CHAN

Super Eagles handler Stephen Keshi, has unveiled the list of 23 players, that represent Nigeria at their debut appearance at the African Nations Championship (CHAN) in South Africa. Sunday Mba is one of the notable names missing, as the midfielder was allowed to travel to France to seal a transfer to Bastia in Ligue 2. However, first choice goalkeeper and captain Chigozie Agbim, Azubuike Egwuekwe make the cut. FIFA U-17 World Cup winner Dele Alampasu, will also be on the plane.
Nigeria will play host South Africa, Mali and Mozambique in Group A. The competition runs from January 11 to February 15.
