The bottles are around 5,000 and they would be sold alongside his signed memorabilia from a cellar consisting almost 75 per cent of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti – a French Burgundy, Ferguson must have taken his time in getting these bottles over the years and according to the director of Wine of Christine, this collection from Ferguson is the now in vogue.Continue..
On May 24, it is expected that 60% of the win would be sold with big interest among the Asian buyers while the 30% sells in London by June and then 10% will be sold online. This is a great investment for Ferguson who must have cherished this collection but just have to sell them, what is he going to do with these 5,000 bottles if not resell them?
