Kim Kardashian steals the show in a low-cut red dress at Elton John's Oscars party

The Kardashian sisters attended the Elton John's Oscars party and Kim made sure all eyes were on her with a plunging neckline.As usual mum Kris was also right behind her girl.(People are starting to ask if she would keep chaperoning her girls till they are 50..lol)
